Its systems are developed in compliance with the Standard Accounting System for Government Agencies (“SAGA”), supporting robust financial governance across federal, state, and local authorities.

Today, more than 100 government agencies rely on its SAGA-certified solutions.

The division delivers an integrated suite of solutions designed to enhance transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency. These include Government Resource Planning (“GRP”) systems, financial and budget management platforms, as well as advanced capabilities in data analytics, business intelligence, and customised application development.

The integration of GW Intech Sdn. Bhd., a specialist in ePihak Berkuasa Tempatan (“ePBT”) solutions, has further strengthened the division’s position within the local government segment and expanded its ability to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solutions.

Censof adopts a flexible delivery approach, offering both on-premise and secure cloud-based deployment models. This enables public sector clients to modernise their infrastructure while maintaining compliance with governance and security requirements.

The division continues to benefit from sustained public sector digitalisation initiatives and increasing adoption of cloud-enabled government systems. Demand for integrated financial platforms remains resilient, supported by the need for real-time data visibility, enhanced governance standards, and improved service delivery outcomes.

In parallel, the division has begun expanding beyond its traditional public sector base, with recent contract wins involving financial institutions, including regional banking clients. This demonstrates the adaptability of its solutions and provides a pathway for geographic expansion beyond Malaysia.
