Mohd Rohaimie has over 20 years of progressive experience in financial reporting and analysis, internal and external audit, compliance, tax compliance and regulatory filing, budgeting and forecasting, gained across multinational corporations and regional firms. He has held finance, audit and advisory roles with responsibilities spanning group reporting, statutory audits, treasury, and client advisory work, where he has helped strengthen financial controls, improve reporting and budgeting processes, and support management in planning and executing business strategies.

Prior to this appointment as Group CFO, Mohd Rohaimie served as Group Accountant of Century Software (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a core subsidiary of Censof, where he oversaw Group-wide financial operations, governance and compliance. In this capacity, he led the Group’s consolidation and reporting for monthly management reviews and Bursa Malaysia quarterly submissions, while presenting financial insights and recommendations to Group Management and the Board. He also had direct responsibility for the financial stewardship of the Group’s largest subsidiary, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate forecasting and timely reporting.

Before joining Century Software and Censof, Mohd Rohaimie built his career in both practice and industry. He was a Partner at Azman H & Co, leading client engagements in accounting, audit, tax and company secretarial services, as well as advising on asset management strategies. He also served as Assistant Vice President at Themed Attractions Resorts & Hotels Sdn Bhd, focusing on financial statements, statutory audits and budget analysis for project development companies.
